Overview
The State of Utah is working to put suitable state-owned property to productive use by creating opportunities for affordable and starter home development.
Through the State Land program, available state-owned properties may be offered for housing development in partnership with qualified developers, local governments and other public entities. Projects are intended to increase Utah's housing supply while making efficient use of public land and supporting state and local housing goals.
