What is WebGrants?

WebGrants is the online grants management system developed by the Utah Division of Housing and Community Development. It simplifies and automates the process of applying for grants and loans, of awarding them, and of servicing them.

What Is RFF-Lite? (RFF = Request for Funding)

RFF-Lite is an advanced financial process for submitting contractually approved claims. Grantees qualify for the Lite program when they meet the accounting and management requirements of the HCD Program Managers who administer the Awards.

Eligibility

DHCD is comprised of several Program Areas. Each Program Area administers its own specific Awards and Eligibility Requirements. For a brief summary of the Program Areas, types of assistance provided, eligibility requirements, and deadlines, click here for the HCD Resource Guide.

The Program Areas within DHCD periodically post funding opportunities in Webgrants. Eligible entities can submit their applications on line using the Webgrant instructions and applications.
